What ages do you cater for?
Our themes cater for parties, play dates or get togethers for children aged between 6 – 15 years.

What bedding is included in my package?
Each teepee comes with a comfortable foam mattress, cosy blanket, a fitted sheet and a cushion. Guests will need to bring their own pillows.

Can you host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We do offer a number of party add-ons which you can find here
How do I order an add-on?
Give us a call or email and we will provide you with a price for the quantity required. We work with only the best local suppliers and can provide Personalised party bags, birthday cakes including cupcakes and cookies, Balloon Garlands, personalised pyjamas and Sleepover survival bags.
SET UP
How much space in the room is required for the teepees?
Each teepee requires 100cm in width and 160 cm in length for the mattress.
Who sets up the teepees?
We will set up the teepees which will take approx. 30 min- 1 hour to do depending on how many teepees there are. Please make sure there is plenty of room for the teepees. We will collect the teepees 24 hours after.
BOOKINGS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
How do we book a Teepee party?
We love to have a chat, so feel free to give us a call or send an email with your requirements and date availability.
What is required to secure my booking?
Your booking will be confirmed over the phone and followed up with a confirmation email. A holding deposit of £40 is required for securing your booking.
When is the balance of payment due?
You will be required to pay the balance on the day.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, Paypal or Cash.
Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel 4 weeks or less from the party date, you will forfeit the deposit paid.
What areas do you cover?
We cover an area of 15 miles from BH6 – see map for details. Bournemouth, Southbourne, Ringwood, Poole. If you are set outside this area there will be an additional delivery fee just to cover our petrol costs. Please enquire directly with us for a quote.
